 I have just tested the patch in RedPorts and it is building without
 errors:

 I would say the problem lies in your environment.
 
 Can you deinstall all lazarus ports, upgrade your ports tree, re-apply
 the patch and try to build doublecmd port again?
 
 (If you haven't modified any file under /usr/local/share/lazarus and
 there are leftovers after deinstalling, delete that complete directory
 too before trying to build again).
