So not only does it and it's related ports install to the wrong place
and try to compress manpages in the right place, it also specifies an
incorrect packagelist so it has to be uninstalled by hand and breaks
installing other ports because they're not detected and installed again.

Since you've submitted a patch, can I also assume there's a pr on this?

What about the world build of Perl and @INC?
