As for your specific question, I think you might want to look a the sudo=20
package.

But, you do know that you can enable k3b to run as a regular user, if yoy=20
desire.  And secondly, I had problems with k3b running in fluxbox. It could=
=20
not communicate with klauncher. And without that the file window was always
blank.
