Yes, I almost got caught by this one too, but "rm" had hinted to
me just before that it might simply be that the w bit is not set
on /tmp/sh after cp :-)

$ rm /tmp/sh2
override r-xr-xr-x  pb/bin for /tmp/sh2? y
