pkgconfig is the name of the port.  It installs the pkg-config binary.=20
This message means, you have to update your version of pkgconfig to
0.15.0.  Of course, if you were to use portupgrade, this would happen
for you automatically:

portupgrade -R gnome2

or

portupgrade -r pkgconfig
