XThis port of scamper.
Xscamper is a program that conducts traceroute to large numbers of 
XIPv4 and IPv6 addresses in parallel to fill a specified 
Xpackets-per-second rate. scamper's developer is Matthew Luckie, 
Xmember of the WAND group at the University of Waikato and the NLANR 
XMeasurement and Network Analysis group.  The development of scamper 
Xis currently funded by the WIDE Project in association with CAIDA.
