If someone interested, I have solved my problem with GNUstep at
home FreeBSD PC

gdomap just can't use loopback interface :-( On Linux there is 
'dummy' interface (which looks as real network interface). On FreeBSD
I just assigned fake addresses to unused ppp0 interface:
ifconfig ppp0 inet 192.168.5.2 192.168.5.1 
and GNUstep apps now work :-)
Of course, at work I have network, so I didn't had any problems.
