Can you please describe how the mouse doesn't work?
Are you using text mode console or X when it doesn't work?
Is your "Virtual Machine Connection" program running on local machine, or a
remote server (e.g., by RDP)?

In my test, the (legacy PS/2) mouse can work in the VM's texe mode and X.

Yes. This is a known issue.
To resolve it, we need to add a Hyper-V mouse driver, which is in our TODO
list.
