Hi Juergen, just applied your patch to qemu-devel. So far, my win2k3 image works since 2 hours, with kqemu kernel and user enabled. It also created the tap1 accordingly. I've connected it to a if_bridge device and so far no problem. Running on very recent 7-CURRENT i386.
