Your discussion about ports dependencies made me think that it would 
possibly be worth considering to make the pkg/DESCR file print at the 
start of any make all, perhaps give it a seperate target also.  It'd be 
real neat to have the capability to do a 'make desc' on the whole ports 
directory, capture it and browse around.  Of course, I'd want to edit the 
DESCR files to explicitly point out any and all possible dependencies.
