When building mail/spamassassin with build option "DKIM" the following debug
output can be seen in the spamd logs:

After manually installing the port "security/p5-Crypt-OpenSSL-RSA" and
restarting spamd the output of the spamd debug log concerning dkim shows the
following output:

This looks normal now.

So security/p5-Crypt-OpenSSL-RSA needs to be a build dependency when building
spamassassin with the DKIM option.
