  databases/slony1v2: port cleanup
  
  - Use OPTIONS helpers for the PERLTOOLS option
  - Remove a redundant block of code for setting PGSQL_VER: this
    functionality is already supplied via 'USES+= pgsql'
  - Maintainer's timeout (olgeni@FreeBSD.org)
