>Description:

Since 2 weeks ago, with CVSup updates, the "man" command (and subsequent installs that
need to build manpages) is failing. The error I consistently get is:

Formatting page, please wait...troff: fatal error: can't find macro file tty-char

Despite rebuilding and reinstalling the system (through makeworld/buildworld) this error
continues.

>How-To-Repeat:

Repeating this is simply trying to call "man" on any command.

>Fix:

Unknown what the proper fix is; I suspect "man" isn't seeing /usr/share/man/tmac/tmac.tty-char
but I could be wrong.
