       qmHandle -a does not work when PID of qmail-send is small.
       'ps -U qmails | grep qmail-send | cut -s -d " " -f 1' does not work
       correctly when PID is less than 5 digit number, and it fails to find
       PID of qmail-send. You should use 'pgrep qmail-send' instead.
