And when done, GC the auth.conf bits in libutil, and /etc/auth.conf?

Someone should probably ping Luigi (if he's not already reading this
thread) and see if it would make sense to unifdef the KERBEROS stuff in
tinyware, unless the plan is actually to use KERBEROS there (seems
unlikely, but I could easily be mistaken).
