It will default to bsd, so if booted unattended, your wife will be stuck in bsd. Make sure you teach her how to get out of it if this happens. Fscking fscks!! You can probably change the default OS but i have never tried so i couldn't tell you how to do it. If you find you no longer need/want bsd on that box, you should be able to do a 'format /mbr' in DOS to restore your master boot record to windows only. Also make sure your virus scanner is not set to fix errors on the mbr, it will wipe out the bsd mbr if given the chance.
