Don't expect a driver for the Perc (really an AMI MegaRAID) anytime 
before the 4.0 release.  There are a number of issues to deal with 
before we can even start looking at a driver.

I'd suggest that if you *must* have hardware raid, get an external unit 
like an Infortrend.
