Figures...I don't have a 2.2.x machine to try this on.  You may want to
edit the dbf2mysql Makefile, remove the s from 'ar rcs', and add a 'ranlib
<lib>' (note untested, but it should work).  If so, let me know and I'll
see if I can incorporate it into the port's Makefile.
