Merge rev 1.3 into GDB 5.0:
* fixes for printing FP registers (dating back to FreeBSD 1.1)
* code to convert FP registers to doubles (dating back to 386BSD 0.0)
* remove unnecessary #include of obsolete <sys/dir.h> again!
