Nothing has changed in pccard*D* since RC3 or so.  I don't think it
would help you.

One other person reported this problem as well, but they had a
corrupted system, so they reported later.  But if it happens with your
kernel and Randy's, then I'm not at all sure what to say.

If this is really true, then we may have a show stopper bug on our
hands.
