Trying to get a Sony DAT drive up and running with
FreeBSD3.4-STABLE, still very new to FreeBSD, any suggestions?

root@bod /dev# dmesg | grep sa0  
sa0 at ahc0 bus 0 target 4 lun 0
sa0: <SONY SDT-10000 0101> Removable Sequential Access SCSI-2 device 
sa0: 40.000MB/s transfers (20.000MHz, offset 8, 16bit)
root@bod /dev# ls -l /dev/sa0
ls: /dev/sa0: No such file or directory
root@bod /dev# ./MAKEDEV sa0
root@bod /dev# ls -l sa0
ls: sa0: No such file or directory
