Strange packaging for a patch, the tar was not really necessary,
was it 8-) ?

Is this diff the result of a

svn copy wildfly11 wildfly12

with the matching modifications ?

If you provide a diff from a svn copy, it makes the work for
the committer much easier to apply the patch and test it.

Are the other patches similar ?
