Yes, there are many problems and most of them are documented in
bugzilla. You also may add to the list:
* GPT labels don't updated in devfs after gpart modify -l
* GMIRROR failed to appears after upgrade when GRAID find stale metadata;=

* unable to stop some GEOM class due to retasting on the same device via
GEOM label;
