A shell archive with the new sct port (sct, sct/pkg-descr, sct/distinfo,
sct/Makefile)

It is a simple command-line utility capable of controlling the screen
temperature (similarly to Redshift and flux). Although it is a relatively s=
mall
piece of software it would be really handy if it could be installed from po=
rts.

Tests:

 * `portlint -AC` does not produce any negative messages.
 * The execution of the procedure 3.1. from the Porter's Handbook does not =
show
   any warnings.
