I don't know why this port build is looking for tcl8.5.
Did some global switch from 8.4->8.5 miss something for the iCal port?

I have no problem with iCal depending on 8.5 instead of 8.4.
If a PR is submitted, the first committed to see it should feel free to
commit the patch.  [provided the build works ;-)]
