Sort of.  Whatever would be required to make it compile on -current,
that's either a new patch to drop into the patches/ directory, or an
existing but modified patch.

Meaning you should not blindly assume that the port will only be built
on 3.0-current systems afterwards.  It will as well go onto the 2.2R
CD-ROM, so anything that's different between both lines must be
handled inside the port (e.g. using <osreldate.h>).

No big deal if you don't know about the differences -- i could handle
this afterwards (but it will take me longer than something i could
commit directly in a second).
