Please set one of the 2 variables X11_ON_CDROM or X11_VIA_FTP
before building XFree86-3.1.1

I already have the X11R6 distribution and XFree86 stuff on my
harddrive in ports/distfiles.  I really don't want to retrieve
these from ftp.x.org
