I keep getting the following on a 4.9 system when trying to move to 
4.11.

rm -f sa main.o pdb.o usrdb.o sa.8.gz sa.8.cat.gz
rm -f .depend GPATH GRTAGS GSYMS GTAGS
===> usr.sbin/setkey

make: fatal errors encountered -- cannot continue

Anyone offer some advice?  I've tried updating my source again - I even 
went as far as nuking my /usr/src directory and re-fetching it.
