Add "CPUTYPE?=pentium4" to /etc/make.conf.

Remove the "cpu I486_CPU" and "cpu I586_CPU" lines from your kernel config (if 
present), leaving only "cpu I686_CPU". Rebuild your kernel, world, and ports.
