Could someone explain the virtual popservers in cucipop?

We host several domains, but eventually user@one.domain and
another@second.domain all pick up their mail as user<number> on
mail.real.domain

These user<number> all exists in /etc/passwd

How is user@one.domain supposed to pick up the mail using the virtual
popserver? Should I give one.domain the same ip as mail.real.domain?

Some email clients combine popusername and mailserver in one line, eg
user0001@mail.real.domain
It is therefore not possible to specify a name user@one.domain, but
connect to mail.real.domain.
I'm confused...

Anyway, the accounting department also want only paying users listed in a
file (generated by the accounting system) to be able to pick up mail, like
the popusers file in qpopper. Is this virtual popserver password table
usable with this?

Actually, cucipop could look up the password and "account payed" in a
MySql base directly; has somebody made such an auth-module?
