/etc/rc.network is not the place to add aliases. Please look at the
examples in /etc/defaults/rc.conf

ifconfig_lo0_alias0="inet 127.0.0.254 netmask 0xffffffff" # Sample alias
entry.

these should be placed into /etc/rc.conf
