Yes. I would suggest you to look at:

PostgreSQL	http://www.postgresql.org
mySQL		http://www.tcx.se
HeiTML		http://www.heitml.com
PHP3		http://www.php.net

There you will find useful information and software which runs under
FreeBSD.
