For parsing, maybe "-0" would be better.
Else the `cvsmail' program (in ports) gives:
    (bad format: no -n in changes field)

>     1.234     0 -669     src/sys/kern/dead_file.c   (attic)

And "+0" here:  (bad format: no +n in changes field)
