Sorry, I should have added a bit more explanation.

The daemon rc.d is just /usr/local/etc/rc.d/sndiod from
audio/sndio package.

I tend to put settings not in /etc/rc.conf but in
/etc/rc.conf.d/$DAEMON as it makes automation a bit
tidier.

Not a command, just the output from:

# sysctl hw.snd.verbose=2
# cat /dev/sndstat
