I have a friend who's trying to install FreeBSd version 2.2.6 but it always freezes on probing devices, there are no conflicts that we know of, but he's installing from a DVD drive and I was wondering if FreeBSD supports DVD yet and if it's freezing is because it doesn't recognize what the drive is.
