Thank you for your good advise.
My UP2000 was broken. According to the manufacturer(Microway), UP2000 often has
such troubles.
I am waiting for new M/B.
I tried installing FreeBSD4.0/Alpha to AXPpci33(Known as NONAME with firmware
v1.6)
I successfully compiled and installed XF86. It took over 6 hours.
I configured it by But, startx could not start X server(Number 9 GXE64 PRO).
It complain of no mouse.
I tested logitech mouse and mouse system mouse.
In Freebsd4.0/intel, I successfully confgured X11 with XFsetup without any
other special config for mouse than that done in XF86config.

In xf86config, I tried /dev/tty0, /dev/tty1, and /dev/mouse(sysmouse). But
failed in it.
The mouse worked well for Win/NT 4.0.

How can I enable mouse for X-windows?

Netscape is available?

VCN is available?

Sincerely
Y.NISHIMURA
