For a while now I have been getting cron emails with a problem with
/usr/libexec/save-entropy

Message is - Line 1: socket: Operation not permitted

/var/db/entropy is owned and writable by operator and the saved-entropy
files are modified each time through (going by file timestamp)

Any ideas on where the error comes from?
