Ok so far.

> [root@ns /usr/ports/dns/bind94]# make        
> cd /usr/ports/dns/bind94 && make config;

That last bit doesn't make any sense. Do this exactly:

cd /usr/ports/dns/bind94
make clean
make rmconfig
make

And then post the results.
