I've been trying to find portsdb -- a utility often recommended as the
way to update the pkg data base. but I can't find it.. anywhere

find / -name portsdb

in /usr/ports make search key=portsdb

and even the freebsd.org web site, looking for portsdb is never
found...

I've feeling really stupid -- I must have missed something very
obvious.. Where can I find the portsdb program?
