Hi,
I heartily disagree with your post this time, maybe I missunderstood
you, but, you don?t reinstall your machine once in a while to keep
things on top, a simple cvsup once in a while to upgrade the source (if
needed..) would be enough.

I also add my voice to the hullabaloo. Reinstall the machine, use ssh
and do a cvsup to the latest stable release of freebsd. Do this
regularly in order to keep on top of things.
