Jaspersoft Studio Eclipse plug-in (6.16.0, 6.13.0, 6.5.1)

Installing this plug-in from either the Marketplace client or the Install N=
ew
Software feature results in a failure.

Reproducible - Always

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open eclipse

2. Open 'Help' menu

3. Select 'Install New Software'

4. Set 'Work with' value to: '--All Available Sites--'

5. Set filter text to: 'jaspersoft'

6. Select Jaspersoft Studio from software list returned (long delay)
  Business Intelligence, Reporting Tools=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20
    Jaspersoft Studio feature   6.5.1.final

7. Select 'Next'

Result Expected - plug-in is installed

Result observed - plug-in is not installed, error message produced

Details report: (where X =3D 16.0, 13.0, or 5.1

Cannot complete the install because some dependencies are not satisfiable
  org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu; com.jaspersoft.studio.feature.feature.group
[6.X.final,6.X.final] cannot be installed in this environment because
its filter is not applicable.
