Is your CardBus bridge behind a PCI-PCI bridge?  It could be that we aren't
routing the interrupts right in the ACPI case with newcard.  I have some
possible patches to fix this case if so.

On my laptop I have to use the power button to wakeup from suspend, opening
the lid doesn't automatically unsuspend.  I have to do the same in Windows, too,
FWIW.
