I think bumping sysutils/puppet to 3.0 is a little early.

Puppet's documentation also says that facter 1.6.2 is a requirement for 3.0, but sysutil/facter is still at 1.6.11

I honestly think since 3.0 is such a major version, it should be a separate port (sysutils/puppet30) and give a few minor updates before making it the default
