Greetings again. The release notes for FreeBSD 4.8 do not indicate 
that FreeBSD-SA-03:07.sendmail has been applied to it. However, when 
I download the patch and give the 'patch' command, I see:

Hmm...  Looks like a new-style context diff to me...
