If you're printing anything from the doc/ tree, and your final documents
are getting ISBN numbers, please co-ordinate with me.

When the 2nd edition of the Handbook was printed recently we laid down
an ISBN_nnn CVS tag, to allow people to see what's changed between the
printed version and the current version.  I'd like to do that for any
other printings of the documentation as well.
