The BIOS is attempting to read a byte of memory at address 0x400 + 0xa315 + 0xa = 0xa71f. But BTX, which hosts the boot code, has been set up to map out memory at 0xa000-0xafff, which corresponds to page zero of the user process. Whatever the BIOS is doing, it seems to be associated with mounting a new floppy disk. It's probable that a one-disk install (or booting once FreeBSD is installed) would succeed. Rebuilding /boot/loader with a btxld -P 0 option should also work.
