 Writing in ALL UPPERCASE is like you are shouting at somebody,
 it is not very polite as well as not exactly very readable.
 Writing HTML-EMail is not readable by a lot of people here on this

Your hard disk tells you politely it detected a data transmission error.
The transmission is repeated until it succeeds. 
Check the hard disc cables, and disable DMA (switch back to PIO mode).
