I have just one namespace problem to fix (<stdint.h> limits in
<limits.h>).  After I fix that, the code should be safe to MFC.

In order for the MFC of <stdint.h> to be meaningful, the changes to
printf(3) and scanf(3) need to also be MFC'd.  I don't have any dev
systems running -stable, but I could prepare a diff if you'd be
willing to test and commit it.
