This only means you have the php binary installed, and that's it.  It's 
unrelated to the apache module.

cd into /usr/ports/lang/php4 or /usr/ports/lang/php5

Do a 'make config'.  Ensure that the WITH_APACHE item is checked.

make / make install etc....restart apache....done.
