Yes, but see, users homepages are not working now.
becuase of all the chmoding. chmod 700 /home/*
is what someone else suggested, but this is what caused 
homepages to not work.

/home/someuser/public_html/*

I tried chmod 755 /home/*/public_html/*
but that did not work either.

help... :o(
